Please note that vintage items are exactly that. They are not new unless we describe them as NEVER WORN vintage. We believe that the beauty of the item is often enhanced by its history and age. We will note all characteristics to the best of our ability. If you are unsure please contact us before purchasing the item. Glitzern checks all items thoroughly before sending them to you. We will never knowingly send a faulty item to you. Please notify Glitzern immediately at hello@glitzern.com.au. Keep all original tags attached and original packaging. If you wear the item or ship back incorrectly we will not accept the items as faulty.To ensure the safety of your purchase , strongly recommend that you purchase insurance as any damages incurred during the shipping process is the responsibility of the customer.
